All orders are printed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail service or FedEx and we will provide a tracking number to you. Shipping times vary upon location. Sugar and Spice is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. Please contact your USPS/Fed Ex terms of service. In the event of loss or damage, we can file a claim on your behalf but cannot guarantee your claim's approval. PLEASE make sure you place your order at least 14 business days before your big event! As I do strive to process orders quickly, I can run into printing or supply delays with orders and shipping times with USPS.
