Proofs & Printing
Proofs are sent via email within 24-48 HRS, Monday - Friday.
Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Please allow 7-14 business days for processing printed orders. NO RUSH PROCESSING is offered. All orders are printed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail service or FedEx and we will provide a tracking number to you. Shipping times vary upon location.
Sugar and Spice is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. Once we send your order via USPS/FedEx the shipping is out of our hands. Please contact your USPS/Fed Ex terms of service. In the event of loss or damage, we can file a claim on your behalf but cannot guarantee your claim's approval.
