Payment

We accept payments made by Invoice, PayPal and Credit Cards. Receipt of cleared payment is required before any design work begins. Please try to include all necessary and correct details when placing your order.

Processing & Printing

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing printed orders. Holidays may take longer. All orders are printed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail service or FedEx and we will provide a tracking number to you. Shipping times vary upon location. Sugar and Spice is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. Please contact your USPS/Fed Ex terms of service. In the event of loss or damage, we can file a claim on your behalf but cannot guarantee your claim's approval.

Refunds and Exchanges

Sugar and Spice is not responsible for errors on printed products (wrong/mis-spelled words, missing names, color changes, etc) regardless of where the error originated as we do not proceed to print without a 100% proof approval from the client.

Please be sure to inspect your proofs completely! We are happy to redo your order, but after approvals we do require a second purchase. PLEASE check and double check all spelling and info. These are your invitations!!  Make sure you double check your design!

If your order is damaged or is not as ordered please contact us. We do require an image of the product before any refunds or reprints start. We also request that your return the damaged order back to us. We will provide you a return address label via email. Please keep the original packaging for return orders or you will have to provide your own box. USPS does provide FREE shipping boxes to you.

Additional Details

Invitations and cards ship with Sugar and Spice logo on the back. This is done in a respectable manner. Wedding invitations, RSVP cards and enclosure cards will not have our logo. This logo-inclusion is based on intended use and not initial listing purchase.

Text/Font space is limited in some designs. All effort will be made to make the text work in the design you choose. In rare circumstances, you may be asked to reduce the amount of wording you wish to use.

Please note that sometimes there is a slight color difference between the color settings on your computer versus the printed items. I do not refund for print colors that turn out different then expected, as colors may appear to vary from monitors and printers
