HOW TO ORDER

  • Use the drop down menu on the product page with price.  Leave the QTY to (1) in the CART.
  • Select your color envelopes.
  • If you have an EDITABLE invitation, let know when you have completed the edits and we can access them to print
  • OR you may upload your file in PDF files with bleed.

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing printed orders. NO RUSH PROCESSING is offered. Orders over 100 prints may take a little longer. We are faster than our competitors and we do our best to get your orders out on time. All orders are printed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail service or FedEx and we will provide a tracking number to you.

Shipping times vary upon location. Sugar and Spice is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. Once we send your order via USPS/FedEx the shipping is out of our hands. Please contact your USPS/Fed Ex terms of service. In the event of loss or damage, we can file a claim on your behalf but cannot guarantee your claim's approval.

Sometimes there is a slight color difference between the color settings on your computer versus the printed items and envelopes. I do not refund for print colors that turn out different then expected, as colors may appear to vary from monitors and printers.
