Refund policy

If you decide for any reason that you do not want your stationery, you can cancel your order within one business day for a full refund. If you decide to cancel your order after receiving your first proof (but before printing) we can refund you the full amount minus a $50 design and processing fee or provide a credit for the full amount. Once you've approved your final proofs we cannot offer a refund, as your cards will already be in process. Your approval of the proof is final verification and acceptance of the project.

Sugar and Spice is not responsible for errors on printed products (wrong/mis-spelled words, missing names, color changes, etc) regardless of where the error originated as we do not proceed to print without a 100% proof approval from the client.

Please be sure to inspect your proofs completely! We are happy to redo your order, but after approvals we do require a second purchase. PLEASE check and double check all spelling and info. These are your invitations!! Make sure you double check your design!
