Shipping policy
REPRINTING/RETURNS ON SHIPPED ORDERS
If your order is damaged or is not as ordered please contact us. We do require a photo of the damaged/error product before any refunds or reprints start. We also request that you return the damaged order back to us. We will provide you a return address label via email. Please keep the original packaging for return orders or you will have to provide your own box. USPS does provide FREE shipping boxes to you.
LOST OR DAMAGED
Sugar and Spice is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Once we send your order via USPS/FedEx the shipping is out of our hands. Please contact you USPS/FedEx terms of service. In the event of loss or damage, we can file a claim on your behalf but cannot guarantee your claim's approval.
