HOW TO ORDER
Please enter you name and address in the personalized section.
We will provide a proof via email. Please approve your proof to move forward with printing.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

DESIGN PROCESS
Once payment is completed, your personalized proof will be sent to you via email for approval. Please approve your proof! This will avoid any errors for your address sticker.
If we don't hear back from you in 24 hours after proof is sent, we will move forward with printing.

SHIPPING PROCESS
Once you approve your proof (if requested) we will ship your product USPS first class mail. The normal shipping time is 3 to 5 business days (US locations) per USPS.

Processing Times

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing printed orders. Holidays may take longer. All orders are printed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail service or FedEx and we will provide a tracking number to you. Shipping times vary upon location. Sugar and Spice is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. Please contact your USPS/Fed Ex terms of service. In the event of loss or damage, we can file a claim on your behalf but cannot guarantee your claim's approval. PLEASE make sure you place your order at least 14 business days before your big event! As I do strive to process orders quickly, I can run into printing or supply delays with orders and shipping times with USPS.

Packaging & Shipping 

Some items maybe shipped separately due to the location of our print production teams. We use several different suppliers and we can't keep everything in stock at our main address. Handmade items are shipped from the main address. Invitations, wrapping paper, tags, and some paper items are shipping from a local family printer. T-shirts are printed by outside printers. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Once proofs are sent to you, we can not offer a full refund or cancel your order. We do require a design fee for taking the time to work on your order. We can provide a partial refund for orders not shipped.

Sugar and Spice is not responsible for errors on printed products (wrong/mis-spelled words, missing names, color changes, etc) regardless of where the error originated as we do not proceed to print without a 100% proof approval from the client.

Please be sure to inspect your proofs completely! We are happy to redo your order, but after approvals we do require a second purchase. PLEASE check and double check all spelling and info. Make sure you double check your design!

If your order is damaged or is not as ordered please contact us. We do require an image of the product before any refunds or reprints start. We also request that your return the damaged order back to us. We will provide you a return address label via email. Please keep the original packaging for return orders or you will have to provide your own box. USPS does provide FREE shipping boxes to you.

Additional Details

Invitations and cards ship with Sugar and Spice logo on the back. This is done in a respectable manner. Wedding invitations, RSVP cards and enclosure cards will not have our logo. This logo-inclusion is based on intended use and not initial listing purchase.

Text/Font space is limited in some designs. All effort will be made to make the text work in the design you choose. In rare circumstances, you may be asked to reduce the amount of wording you wish to use.

Please note that sometimes there is a slight color difference between the color settings on your computer versus the printed items. I do not refund for print colors that turn out different then expected, as colors may appear to vary from monitors and printers
