Processing Times
Please allow 3-7 business days for processing printed orders. Holidays may take longer. All orders are printed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail service or FedEx and we will provide a tracking number to you. Shipping times vary upon location. Sugar and Spice is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. Please contact your USPS/Fed Ex terms of service. In the event of loss or damage, we can file a claim on your behalf but cannot guarantee your claim's approval. PLEASE make sure you place your order at least 14 business days before your big event! As I do strive to process orders quickly, I can run into printing or supply delays with orders and shipping times with USPS.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once proofs are sent to you, we can not offer a full refund or cancel your order. We do require a design fee for taking the time to work on your order. We can provide a partial refund for orders not shipped.
Sugar and Spice is not responsible for errors on printed products (wrong/mis-spelled words, missing names, color changes, etc) regardless of where the error originated as we do not proceed to print without a 100% proof approval from the client.
Please be sure to inspect your proofs completely! We are happy to redo your order, but after approvals we do require a second purchase. PLEASE check and double check all spelling and info. Make sure you double check your design!
If your order is damaged or is not as ordered please contact us. We do require an image of the product before any refunds or reprints start. We also request that your return the damaged order back to us. We will provide you a return address label via email. Please keep the original packaging for return orders or you will have to provide your own box. USPS does provide FREE shipping boxes to you.
